Smiles. For you ... and lots of fuss for your
pets. No matter how long the day has been, we love
animals (and their owners, too!) so you can always be
assured of a warm welcome! That's not some
'corporate slogan', or american-style 'have a nice day' staff
training ... it's all very
genuine .
RELAX
Hollyoak's waiting room is expansive; there are great views of green
fields through the windows; and, there are no
traffic noises to irritate. If your pet gets nervous around
other animals, there's plenty of room to spread out.
Our head nurse, Hayley Kattenhorn, is also a qualified
animal behaviourist (hons). Everyone at Hollyoak
understands that pets get nervous a vet surgery - especially
after a confining car trip. So, expect your pet to
be 'fussed over' and made to feel welcome and relaxed. We want
their visit to Hollyoak to be something that's enjoyable – a
special treat!
We have three consulting
rooms , so you probably won't be kept waiting
for long.
KIDS!!
They are
always welcome. There's a small
childrens' area with table, chairs and toys for play.
QUESTIONS?
Our
reception are fully trained and can assist you with flea and
worm control medications, shampoos, and dental care products.
There is usually a qualified veterinary nurse at reception for
more 'technical' questions and advice.
SPECIAL DIETS and PET CARE
PRODUCTS
We have a large selection of
very high quality lifestyle and prescription diets
available. Just ask us about which may be most
appropriate for your pet.
There are also lots of great pet care
products and toys. If you can't find it here, we have
a large catalog of accessories and diet foods which can be
ordered and delivered to Hollyoak the next day at
a very competitive price (there's no delivery cost,
either!).
